Dispatch

We dispatch daily throughout the UK, Europe and Worldwide using dedicated solutions to provide outstanding service.

As a fulfilment house we choose the most appropriate method of dispatch based on cost, geography, timescales and volumetric weight. We have the choice of:

	Sameday - available for anything from a small van to an articulated vehicle, special handling and two-man delivery can be provided to home, retail or business addresses.
	Overnight - UK and Mainland Europe, parcel services are available from timed 9:00am to close of business next working day.
	Pallets - UK and Worldwide, Large volumes of parcels to the same address can be moved in much the same way as an overnight parcel. This avoids the need to send a number of parcels as a single consignment, reducing the risk of losing or damaging one or more parcels. Next day and two-day "trunking" networks exist to support door-to-door service.
	European & Worldwide - For less time conscious and cost sensitive requirements economy overland services make use of dedicated trunking routes to move products on a structured basis. This provides the same level of security, confidence and knowledge of when goods will be delivered, but at a significantly lower cost.

All airway bills (AWB's) are recorded and tracked to ensure Proof-of-delivery (P.o.D). Information is always available for client request.
